7. Services & Payments

DotCom Creative Agency offers various creative services including web design, branding, digital marketing, and consulting. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in separate service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice;
• A deposit may be required before work commences;
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the service agreement;
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate;
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and creative work, all sales and services are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DotCom Creative Agency. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a resolution. Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DotCom Creative Agency and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Website or services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any errors or omissions in any content.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
