At DotCom Creative Agency, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that creative projects and digital services require trust and confidence. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our commitment to fairness and transparency regarding refunds, cancellations, and service satisfaction.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right. For eligible services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee that ensures you receive the value you expect from DotCom Creative Agency.

1. Digital Services & Creative Work

DotCom Creative Agency provides digital services including web design, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, and consulting. Due to the custom and intellectual property nature of these services, our refund policy is structured to protect both our clients and our creative team.

2. Project Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project, please notify us in writing at cancellations@dotcom.com. The following refund structure applies:

  • Before project commencement: Full refund of any deposits or pre-payments made.
  • After project commencement but before 50% completion: Refund of 50% of the total project fee, minus the value of work already delivered and any third-party costs incurred.
  • After 50% completion or final delivery: No refund is available; however, we will provide revision rounds as specified in your service agreement.
  • Monthly retainer services: Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Unused retainer days will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

3. Revision Policy

We want you to love your final deliverables. Our standard service packages include:

  • Web Design Projects: Two rounds of revisions included
  • Branding & Logo Design: Three rounds of revisions included
  • Marketing Materials: Two rounds of revisions included
  • Additional revisions: Available at our standard hourly rate of $75/hour

Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the initial deliverable. After this period, additional revision requests may incur charges.

4. Digital Product Refunds

For downloadable digital products, templates, or pre-made assets purchased through our website:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • After download or access: No refunds due to the digital nature of the products.
  • Defective products: If a digital product is defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items

What Cannot Be Refunded

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, stock photography, fonts, plugins) already purchased on your behalf
  • Express/rush delivery fees
  • Services already fully delivered and approved by client
  • Consultation calls or strategy sessions already conducted
  • Deposits for projects where work has commenced
  • Custom illustrations or commissioned artwork after final approval

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request to refunds@dotcom.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason for refund.
  2. Our client relations team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  3. We may schedule a brief call to understand your concerns and explore alternative solutions.
  4. If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your financial institution before contacting us, it may delay the resolution process. We encourage you to reach out to us first at support@dotcom.com so we can address your concerns directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts for services already rendered.

7. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with a completed project and have utilized all included revisions, we offer a Satisfaction Review. During this review, we will:

  • Assess the project against the original scope and objectives
  • Identify any gaps or areas for improvement
  • Provide a remediation plan at no additional cost for reasonable adjustments

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution after the review, we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed and value delivered.

8. Subscription & Retainer Services

For ongoing services such as SEO retainers, social media management, or marketing subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs monthly in advance
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for partial months after cancellation notice
  • Unused services cannot be rolled over to future months
  • Pricing is locked in for the duration of your retainer agreement

9. Force Majeure

DotCom Creative Agency shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet service provider failures. In such events, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
